He continued with his career at exclusive restaurants such as Galileo, Spezie, La Tosca and Teatro Goldoni.

After moving to Washington DC, Chef Nico was appointed Executive Sous Chef at Tosca Restaurant. Chef Nico balances his culinary career with enjoying every spare moment with his Daughter.

Chef Nico's culinary philosophy and passion reflects the growing trend towards a healthier and down-to-earth lifestyle. Working with neighboring farmers to seek out the finest in regional and local organic produce, is the essence of his cuisine. Nico's preference is to allow the natural flavors of food to express themselves. Prior to reaching this destination, Chef Nico was the executive chef at Teatro Goldoni.
